TIPS TO GET THE BEST RESULTS FROM THIS DEMO:

• As an audio program, your computer will need to be equipped with sound and speakers in order  to use this demo . Headphones are ideal! If you have them please use them for the best results.



• Listen to the Introduction first. Then when you sample the breathing tracks just listen for a few moments first to try to pick up on the timing.

• If you want to try synchronizing your breathing with the track think of the breathing sounds as cues for when to START inhaling or exhaling. You may inhale and exhale as long as you wish until you hear the next cue. It is arranged this way to offer flexibility for personal breathing styles and to interfere as little as possible with the music. After reading the complete instruction manual it quickly becomes almost effortless.

• Listeners with high-speed DSL or broadband connections should have no problems and can normally listen to the audio without interruptions.

• Apologies to those with dialup connections as they often have a difficult time with audio. However, you can still get good results. Simply wait until you see that the file is completely downloaded (indicated when the blue status bar in the player stops). Depending on your connection speed it may take several minutes. Then start it fresh using the player button.

• Audio is compressed for online streaming and can lose some of its quality. Rest assured that any defects or difficulty in hearing are due to either compression or the download connection. The Breatheasy disks are full CD quality, hi-fi stereo.

• The demo is not designed or expected to produce real effects on your blood pressure. It offers short samples of the music tracks as well as an introduction to the method. However, we have been pleasantly surprised by the number of people who report real and significant drops in blood pressure using just the demo for a few minutes!
